Starting Point

The CFO’s Actual Agenda

How We Work

Confidential Thought Partnership for CFOs

We do not begin with a software product, implementation plan, or generic AI training program. We begin with the decisions, documents, investments, and executive conversations already on the CFO’s desk.

This is direct, practical advisory support for CFOs who want to use AI in the flow of real executive work. Instead of learning AI in the abstract, CFOs bring real decisions, presentations, questions, initiatives, and challenges. We work through them together using AI as a strategic thought partner.

How the Advisory Engagement Works

A confidential, structured advisory process for CFOs who want to apply AI to the real strategic and analytical work already on their desk — not theory, not training, not experimentation.

1

Start With a Real CFO Issue

You bring a real decision, communication, analysis, investment, or governance issue already on your desk.

2

Build the AI-Assisted Decision Framework

We structure the issue so AI can help pressure-test assumptions, identify risks, compare alternatives, and improve communication.

3

Apply the Framework With Advisory Support

We work through the issue together, using AI as a strategic thought partner while keeping CFO judgment central.

4

Leave With Forward Progress and a Repeatable Process

You leave with clearer analysis, stronger communication, and a reusable way to apply AI to future CFO decisions.

Common Questions

Will you give me the answer to my specific business question?

Not exactly. This is not a "send me your question and I'll give you the answer" service. The real value is learning how to use AI as a strategic thought partner. Before the session, you identify a real decision or issue you are working through. We then build a practical AI workflow around that specific situation. During the session, we work through the workflow together, pressure-test the thinking, explore key questions, surface risks and assumptions, and strengthen the decision logic. You leave not only with better thinking around the issue at hand, but with a repeatable process you can continue using for future decisions.

Do I need prior AI experience?

No prior AI expertise is required. The sessions are designed for experienced finance leaders who want to apply AI to real executive work, not learn technology in the abstract.

What do I need to prepare?

Just bring your real work. The most productive sessions start with an actual deliverable you're working on — a board presentation, a strategic analysis, an investor communication.

How are sessions conducted?

Sessions are one-on-one, conducted over video, and scheduled at your convenience. Each session runs approximately 60–90 minutes.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely. All discussions, data, and materials are treated with complete confidentiality. This is executive advisory work — discretion is foundational.

What happens after the four sessions?

You'll have the workflows, frameworks, and confidence to use AI independently. Many executives continue with periodic sessions as new challenges arise, but there is no ongoing commitment.

What This Is — And What It Is Not

This Is

  • Confidential CFO-level thought partnership
  • Working on real decisions, not hypotheticals
  • AI as a thinking tool guided by CFO judgment
  • Practical, executive-level, and judgment-focused
  • Helping CFOs think better, faster, and more clearly

This Is Not

  • Generic AI training or prompt coaching
  • A software product or implementation service
  • Technology consulting or system integration
  • Replacing CFO judgment with AI outputs
  • AI experimentation for its own sake
